NHF-NV Fundraising
The Nevada Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF-NV) is the only not-for profit advocacy organization serving the needs of Nevadan’s with inherited bleeding disorders. The NHF-NV is always moving in the direction of helping patients of Nevada’s bleeding disorders community. We have put in place many programs and events that are fun and beneficial for all. We provide summer camp in northern and southern Nevada, educational meetings, referral services, education materials and holiday gatherings to our bleeding disorders community. The NHF-NV is able to provide these services, in part, by your generous contributions.
Many of you have benefited from the dedicated individuals, both staff and volunteers, who devote themselves to providing services that improve the quality of life. The Nevada Chapter continues to grow and work hard on behalf of the hemophilia community. You can help to insure the ongoing success of Chapter efforts by making a financial commitment to NHF-NV. This small financial commitment from each person will ensure the future of the NHF-NV’s mission. Due to a shortage of donations this past year the NHF-NV is struggling to keep providing these services to our community of Nevada.
At the NHF-NV, we understand that you may have already been approached to contribute to other organizations. There are wonderful groups that need support and we at the NHF-NV understand that. However, we continue to provide services and events that also require funding and without all of you we will not be able to survive.
We hope that we can count on you for support, and we look forward to seeing each and every one of you at one or more of our events.

Operating an organization like the NHF-NV requires not only the dedication of the staff and many volunteers, but financial support as well. This support comes from grants, private and corporate donations, membership dues, and fundraising events. The activities of the HFNV are overseen by a Board of Directors and Medical Advisor.
